Il più piccolo mulino ad acqua di Zwalm ha avuto vari proprietari fino a quando nel 1938 è passato nelle mani di Benjamin Pede-De Clercq. Il deflusso del Passemaregracht è così ridotto che l'acqua doveva essere prima convogliata affinché il mulino potesse funzionare per alcune ore. Il mulino è stato fermato nel 1965, restaurato e allestito come rifugio.
