Sapevi che il 22 settembre 2008 il castello è stato acquistato durante un'asta pubblica dall'artista Wim Delvoye? Delvoye dichiarò che voleva allestire nel castello un museo di arte contemporanea. Le sue opere sarebbero state esposte, ma anche quelle di artisti amici. Il co-proprietario, il marchese Olivier de Trazegnies, contattò Delvoye dopo la vendita pubblica e fece un’offerta contro. Il marchese acquistò il castello da Delvoye tramite una BV e nel 2010 donò le azioni della società alla Venerabile Associazione delle Città Storiche e dei Giardini del Belgio. Il marchese Olivier de Trazegnies ci vive ancora e ha trasformato il castello in un centro per attività culturali, seminari, ecc.
