La Hallentoren è un campanile nella città belga di Tielt. L'edificio si trova nella piazza e simboleggiava l'indipendenza della città. Il campanile sorge sull'antico mercato della lana e per questo motivo è chiamato hallentoren.
La hallentoren di Tielt è stata costruita nel 1275 nella piazza. L'edificio è stato distrutto più volte e ricostruito ogni volta. L'attuale costruzione risale al 1558-1560. Tanneke Sconyncx, accusata di stregoneria, morì nella hallentoren dopo mesi di torture.
