Cosiddetto "'t Hoeveke". Ex fattoria situata nel frutteto. Facciata dipinta di bianco su zoccolo intonacato di otto campate e un piano sotto tetto a due spioventi (tegole, colmo perpendicolare alla strada) tra falde laterali con intrecci murari (rinnovati). Finestre rettangolari rinnovate con persiane e soglie in ardesia. Due porte arcuate in mattoni grigi e grigio-rossi incorniciate. Una chiara giuntura di costruzione nella facciata posteriore indica due fasi costruttive, probabilmente un'aggiunta successiva delle ultime tre campate (seconda casetta). Nella facciata posteriore, anche una porta chiusa con listello d’acqua.
