Questo edificio è uno dei più antichi del comune. La costruzione è avvenuta durante l'inverno del 1644-1645. Nel 1982 la facciata e il tetto sono stati posti sotto protezione monumentale. Durante i lavori di ristrutturazione, una grande parte della struttura in legno è stata preservata. Le parti che erano in uno stato troppo compromesso sono state sostituite con gli stessi materiali, ma con l'ausilio delle tecnologie moderne. L'autenticità è quindi ancora ben riconoscibile. Il progetto è stato realizzato con la massima cura e le più recenti tecnologie sostenibili nel settore edile. Questa casa del XVII secolo ospita un museo dedicato alla storia di Plombières e della sua riserva naturale dove fioriscono piante rare su un terreno arricchito da metalli.
