Villa Scaldis è da quasi 15 anni la casa dello chef Luc Baelde e di sua moglie e padrona di casa Katrien. L’attività è iniziata come sala da festa, ma successivamente è stato aggiunto un ristorante per il fine settimana. E ora è un luogo culinario affascinante dove essere. Il menu franco-belga offre un'interessante miscela di tradizione e innovazione, con le stagioni e l'offerta del mercato in un ruolo prominente. Ciò che arriva in tavola è fatto in casa e della migliore qualità. Con bel tempo, si può mangiare sulla terrazza estiva e nel giardino esposto a sud; durante i giorni invernali si può godere davanti al camino. Villa Scaldis è aperta il venerdì sera, il sabato sera e la domenica pomeriggio. I gruppi a partire da 12 persone possono anche prenotare a pranzo o a cena durante la settimana.
