Il Waasland – noto anche come il Paese di Waas – è una regione storica e geografica nel nord-est dell'attuale provincia belga di Fiandre Orientali. Anche il comune di Zwijndrecht e Linkeroever fanno parte del Waasland, ma dal 1923 sono parte della provincia di Antwerpen. Il Waasland è delimitato a nord dalla frontiera statale olandese, a est dal fiume Schelda e a sud dal fiume Schelda e dal Durme. Sint-Niklaas è considerata da molti la capitale del Waasland, ma sin dai tempi della Francia l'area non ha più funzioni amministrative.
