La Kleine Emme è un fiume del cantone di Lucerna, in Svizzera, un affluente sinistro della Reuss che si estende per 58 km, drenando un bacino di 477 km². Non deve essere confusa con l'Emme del cantone di Berna.
La Kleine Emme ha origine come Waldemme nell'angolo sud-ovest del cantone di Obwalden, nel massiccio del Brienzer Rothorn all'Emmensprung, scorrendo verso nord-ovest lungo il Mariental, oltrepassando Sörenberg. Girando a nord, entra nella regione dell'Entlebuch, dove viene unita dalla Weissemme vicino a Schüpfheim e dall'Entlen ad Entlebuch.
Dopo aver ricevuto i Fontannen, si dirige verso est a Wolhusen, dove viene unita dal Wigger e successivamente dal Rümlig. Da qui, scorre parallela alla catena del Pilatus, oltrepassando Malters, unendosi alla Reuss a Emmen, 2 km a valle del Lago di Lucerna.
