La diga di Okertalsperre è una diga situata presso Altenau nel Harz, nel distretto di Goslar in Bassa Sassonia. Il suo lago artificiale, attraversato dall'Oker, chiamato anche lago di Oker, ha una superficie di 2,25 chilometri quadrati a livello massimo e un volume di 46,85 milioni di metri cubi d'acqua. La diga è lunga 260 metri e alta fino a 75 metri. L'acqua accumulata muove la turbina dell'impianto idroelettrico di Romkerhalle. La diga è gestita dalle Harzwasserwerke.
La diga di Okertalsperre si trova nell'Oberharz nel Parco naturale del Harz. Il bacino si estende lungo l'Oker direttamente a nord del centro abitato di Altenau, un po' a est sotto quello della comunità di Schulenberg e circa 6,5 km a sud-sud-ovest sopra il quartiere di Oker, situato al confine settentrionale del Harz. I due rami principali del lago – il ramo di Altenau e il ramo di Schulenberg – sono separati dalla lunga catena montuosa del Dietrichsberg; alla sua pendice si trovano sopra il litorale orientale del ramo sud-ovest le Ravensklippen. L'intero sistema di accumulo si trova nell'area protetta del paesaggio Harz.
