La stazione di Berlino-Friedrichstraße è una stazione ferroviaria di Berlino, geograficamente una delle più centrali della città insieme con la stazione centrale e la stazione di Potsdamer Platz. Essa sorge lungo la centralissima strada omonima, a lato del fiume Sprea, nel quartiere di Mitte.
Il progetto della stazione risale al 1878, mentre l'apertura al 15 maggio 1882. Nel 1923 venne collegata alla U-Bahn.
Successivamente alla costruzione del Muro di Berlino la stazione, vicina al confine col settore occidentale rimase l'unico punto di transito fra Berlino Est e Berlino Ovest.
