Uchte è un comune nella Samtgemeinde Uchte nel distretto di Nienburg/Weser in Bassa Sassonia e la sede amministrativa della Samtgemeinde Uchte.
Il paese si trova tra il parco naturale Dümmer e il parco naturale Steinhuder Meer, nel Großen Moor, circa a metà strada tra Sulingen e Minden al confine con la Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. Il comune è la sede amministrativa della Samtgemeinde Uchte con i comuni di Diepenau e Uchte, nonché i comuni di Raddestorf e Warmsen.
