Hochkirch, obersorbisch, è un luogo e sede dell'omonimo comune all'est del distretto sassone di Bautzen nell'Alta Lusazia.
Hochkirch si trova nella parte sudest del distretto, circa 10 chilometri a est di Bautzen. A est, il comune confina con la città di Löbau, a sud la catena Czorneboh separa Hochkirch da Cunewalde, a ovest si trova Kubschütz e a nord la città di Weißenberg. Con il Czorneboh si trova la seconda elevazione più alta del distretto di Bautzen, appena sul territorio del comune.
