Ediger-Eller è un comune nello stato federato tedesco della Renania-Palatinato e fa parte del distretto di Cochem-Zell.
Ediger-Eller conta 1028 abitanti.
I frammenti di ceramica rinvenuti nei dintorni e prodotti in una fabbrica romana vicino a Treviri suggeriscono che ci sia stata una possibile abitazione fin dal II o III secolo. Inoltre, sono stati trovati resti di un muro di pietra sull'Hochkessel, dall'altra parte del Mosella, che potrebbero appartenere a un castello di fuggiaschi celtici. Sempre dall'altra parte del Mosella sono stati trovati anche segni di un cimitero romano-gallico presso la Peters-Kapelle a Neef. Infine, sono stati rinvenuti anche resti di un avamposto della legione romana in corrispondenza del Calmont.
