Wust-Fischbeck è un comune associato nel distretto di Stendal in Sassonia-Anhalt, formato il 1° gennaio 2010 dalle precedenti comunità autonome di Wust e Fischbeck.
Il consiglio comunale di Wust-Fischbeck era composto, dopo le elezioni comunali del 7 giugno 2009, da nove rappresentanti, cinque della CDU, tre della Sinistra e un candidato singolo. La comunità di associazione Elbe-Havel-Land indica a giugno 2013 una diversa composizione: cinque rappresentanti della CDU e della WG Wust, due della Sinistra e una candidata singola.
