Il Castello di Pyrmont è un castello situato su una montagna tra i villaggi tedeschi di Roes e Pillig, vicino al Castello di Eltz.
Il castello fu costruito da Kuno von Pyrmont e von Ehrenberg e suo figlio Kuno II fu il primo a farsi chiamare signore von Pyrmont. Alla fine del XV secolo, il castello passò in mano alla famiglia Eltz attraverso un matrimonio. Alla fine del XVII secolo, la famiglia Walboott von Bassenheim entrò in possesso del castello. Questi fecero ristrutturare il castello all'inizio del XVIII secolo.
