Il Theologicum di oggi dell'Università di Tübingen si trova nel settore Alte Kliniken del quartiere Università, nell'ex Clinica Medica, un edificio neoclassico del 1879. Nel 1961 la clinica è stata trasferita in nuovi edifici sullo Schnarrenberg. Oggi, il vecchio edificio ospita la Facoltà di Teologia Evangelica e la Facoltà di Teologia Cattolica, nonché i loro seminari. Il nuovo edificio con la grande biblioteca comune è stato inaugurato nel 1989.
