La casa Alvinghof è un edificio protetto dai monumenti a Bösensell, una frazione del comune di Senden nel distretto di Coesfeld, nella Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
La casa Alvinghof, documentata per la prima volta nel 1381, era un castello d'acqua medievale irregolare circondato da un fossato. Nel 1749, il vicepresidente e archivista principe-vescovile Friedrich Christian von und zur Mühlen acquistò la proprietà dall'amministratore delle finanze e canonico di Colonia a Münster e Paderborn, Clemens August von Kerckerinck zur Borg, dopo il suo fallimento. Per la nuova costruzione, incaricò Johann Conrad Schlaun, che in precedenza aveva ristrutturato la vicina casa Ruhr per lo stesso committente. Nel 1751 fu demolito il portone e successivamente fu costruito il nuovo edificio. Il primo concetto di progettazione prevedeva un corpo di edificio con un vano scala sporgente verso il cortile, collegato nella parte posteriore da un ponte al giardino oltre il fossato. In una seconda fase di progettazione, la facciata posteriore fu spostata in avanti e incorniciata lateralmente da pozzetti di latrina che si svuotavano direttamente nel fossato. Infine, nel progetto esecutivo, il vano scala fu incorporato nell'edificio, semplificando notevolmente la forma del corpo dell'edificio.
