Il Hackesche Markt nel quartiere Spandauer Vorstadt del distretto berlinese di Mitte è un nodo di traffico e un punto di partenza per la vita notturna berlinese.
La piazza si trova all’estremità meridionale della Rosenthaler Straße, dove fino al XIX secolo si estendeva il fossato della fortezza. Inoltre, la Oranienburger Straße, la Große Präsidentenstraße, la Neue Promenade e la Straße An der Spandauer Brücke convergono sulla piazza.
