Il castello di Zerbst nella città di Zerbst in Sassonia-Anhalt era il castello residenziale dei principi di Anhalt-Zerbst. Fu gravemente danneggiato durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale e successivamente in gran parte demolito. Dal 2005, l'associazione di sostegno del castello di Zerbst ha intrapreso misure per il ripristino di questo importante edificio barocco.
Il castello di Zerbst si basa su un castello d'acqua slavo del XII secolo. L'ascaniere e margravio di Brandeburgo Albrecht l'Orso fece costruire un nuovo castello al posto del castello d'acqua slavo. La struttura, menzionata per la prima volta nel 1196, consisteva in un castello anteriore e uno principale ed era circondata da un fossato con mura fortificate. A est di essa sorse un insediamento castellano con la chiesa di San Bartolomeo consacrata nel 1215. Il campanile oggi isolato proviene ancora da questa struttura difensiva.
