La Jäglitz è un piccolo fiume nella Prignitz. Con il suo braccio di foce Alte Jäglitz è un affluente di destra della Dosse e con il suo braccio di foce Neue Jäglitz è un affluente di destra dell'Havel.
La Jäglitz ha due fiumi sorgente, che sono stati registrati in diverse opere cartografiche con nomi variabili e che in parte lo sono ancora. Nelle rappresentazioni attuali della misurazione catastale e dell'informazione geobasica del Brandeburgo, il fiume sorgente più lungo è indicato con il nome di Jäglitz, scorre dalla sua sorgente nella parte più orientale del comune di Heiligengrabe verso sud. Nelle carte più vecchie, questo fiume sorgente è registrato come Kleine Jäglitz.
