Il Kramermarkt è una fiera popolare che si tiene annualmente a Oldenburg. Il mercato inizia venerdì tra il 26 settembre e il 2 ottobre e termina dieci giorni dopo. Il periodo in cui si svolge il Kramermarkt è chiamato a Oldenburg e nei dintorni anche la quinta stagione dell'anno.
Graf Anton Günther von Oldenburg è considerato il fondatore dell'attuale Kramermarkt grazie al suo decreto del 1608. Per cinque giorni, nella piazza del municipio, venivano scambiati i prodotti raccolti a conclusione del periodo di raccolta. Come Krahmer-Markt, i venditori del mercato erano principalmente mercanti e commercianti viaggiatori.
