Il Marienstift Bedburg era un'istituzione religiosa fondata nel XII secolo vicino al castello di Kleve.
Prima del 1138, il conte Arnold I di Kleve fondò il capitolo di Bedburg, che adottò le regole dell'ordine premostratense, fondato poco prima da Norberto di Xanten. Fino all'inizio del XIV secolo, la chiesa collegiata fungeva da sepoltura per i conti di Kleve. Intorno al 1270, Bedburg divenne un monastero femminile regolamentato e nel 1519 un monastero femminile regolamentato. Nel 1604 la comunità si trasferì a Kleve, e gli edifici del monastero a Bedburg andarono sempre più in rovina. Nel 1802, il capitolo fu secolarizzato. L'ex chiesa del monastero serve dal 1804 come chiesa parrocchiale di San Marco per Schneppenbaum.
