Il Burg Gerolstein, noto anche come Castello dei Leoni, Burg Gerhardstein o Junkernburg, è una rovina di un castello di altura situata nei pressi della città di Gerolstein nell'Eifel.
Il Castello dei Leoni viene citato per la prima volta in un documento del 1115, in cui viene nominato Gerhard von Blankenheim come proprietario. Il nome dell'epoca 'Garhardstein' è probabilmente l'artefice del nome della città 'Gerolstein'. Tra il tredicesimo e il quindicesimo secolo il castello viene ampliato e fortificato più volte.
