Il Museo Rieskrater, a volte conosciuto in inglese come Ries Crater Museum, è incentrato sui meteoriti e sulle loro collisioni con la Terra. Il museo si trova in una fattoria del XVI secolo a Nördlingen, in Germania, che faceva parte del centro della città medievale.
L'area è il luogo dell'impatto di un meteorite con la Terra circa 15 milioni di anni fa. Questo potrebbe essere stato un impatto doppio, poiché il cratere di Steinheim è nelle vicinanze e ha la stessa età stimata. Il cratere di Ries è stato riconosciuto come cratere d'impatto sin dai primi anni '60.
