La ex-sinagoga di Neustadtgödens è una sinagoga conservata in gran parte nello stato originale nell'Ostfrisia. La comunità ebraica di Neustadtgödens la fece costruire nel 1852. L'edificio servì fino al 1902 anche per gli ebrei della vicina Wilhelmshaven come luogo di culto. Dalla fine del XIX secolo, motivi economici provocarono un aumento dell'emigrazione di ebrei da Neustadtgödens. Durante il periodo del nazismo, la comunità era così ridotta che il numero dei partecipanti ai servizi religiosi non era più sufficiente. Il 15 marzo 1936, la comunità abbandonò la sinagoga con una cerimonia di commiato. Successivamente, l'edificio passò in proprietà privata e così sopravvisse ai pogrom di novembre del 1938. Dal 10 luglio 2015, l'edificio è di nuovo aperto al pubblico come luogo della memoria ex-sinagoga di Neustadtgödens.
