San Roque de Riomiera è un comune spagnolo di 446 abitanti situato nella comunità autonoma della Cantabria, comarca di Valles Pasiegos.Questo piccolo comune della Cantabria si trova sulla riva orientale della parte iniziale del fiume Miera, come indica il suo nome che aggiunge a San Roque l'indicazione de rio Miera per distinguerlo dal comune andaluso di San Roque. Il suo territorio è nei dintorni della gola di Lunada in vicinanza della provincia di Burgos. La zona è stata compresa nella Montaña Oriental proposta come luogo di importanza e interesse naturalistico della Comunità europea.
