Valdegovía è un comune spagnolo della provincia di Álava, nella comunità autonoma dei Paesi Baschi. Valdegovía è un esteso comune rurale situato a nord-ovest della provincia, in terre limitrofe con la provincia di Burgos. La città autrigona di Uxama Barca si trovava all'interno dei confini di questo comune. Dopo la conquista islamica della Penisola, fu smantellata la diocesi di Oca a Cerezo de Río Tirón, antica città autrigona di Segisamunculum, verso Valdegovía, formando la diocesi di Valpuesta.
