Ondárroa è un comune spagnolo di 9.732 abitanti situato nella comunità autonoma dei Paesi Baschi. Fa parte della comarca di Lea Artibai, nella provincia di Biscaglia.Ondárroa fu fondata nel XIV secolo. Nel 1351 fece parte, con Bilbao, Plencia e Lequeitio, di una Lega contro l'Inghilterra, che aveva occupato Bayonne e Biarritz. Il trattato di pace fu firmato il 21 dicembre 1353 a Fuentarrabía.
