Gestalgar è un comune della Comunità Valenciana, Spagna. Appartiene alla provincia di Valencia, nella comarca di Los Serranos.
Il territorio comunale di Gestalgar è attraversato dal fiume Turia, che passa vicino al centro abitato, situato sulla sua sponda sinistra. Gran parte del corso fluviale è incassato, tranne alcuni spazi che formano delle valli, come quella che si estende tra il nucleo urbano e la parte orientale del territorio. Spicca la grande roccia della Peña María, ai cui piedi nasce una fonte d'acqua che, insieme alla Fonte Grande, rifornisce la popolazione. Molto vicino si trova la fonte del Morenillo, con una cascata.
