Pedraforca è una montagna emblemática della Catalogna che si trova nella Sierra del Cadí, all'interno dell'area del Parco naturale del Cadí-Moixeró, fungendo da confine tra le province di Barcellona e Lleida. Ha una forma molto peculiare a causa delle sue due cime separate da un grande crinale. La vista più conosciuta è quella che si apprezza dalla sua versante orientale. La cima nord è composta da due picchi: il Pollegó Superior insieme al Calderer. La cima sud è formata dal Pollegó Inferior. Le popolazioni più vicine sono Gósol e Saldes.
