Questo è un affluente del fiume Ter, quindi il fiume di Nuria è un subaffluente del Ter.<br Nasce nel lago di Nuria, nella valle di Nuria, nella confluenza dei torrenti Finestrellas, Eina e Noufonts, dove è stato creato un bacino artificiale. Sfocia dopo aver percorso circa 5 km nel quartiere di Daió de Baix, che appartiene a Queralbs, nel fiume Freser.
