Il 3 maggio 1808 è un dipinto a olio su tela di Francisco Goya, realizzato nel 1814 e conservato nel Museo del Prado di Madrid.
Completato quando l'artista aveva 68 anni, il dipinto rappresenta la resistenza delle truppe madrilene all'armata francese durante l'occupazione del 1808 della guerra d'indipendenza spagnola. Goya realizzò questo e un altro dipinto su commissione del Consiglio della Reggenza.
