Rabastens-de-Bigorre è un comune francese di 1.463 abitanti situato nel dipartimento degli Alti Pirenei nella regione dell'Occitania.
La bastide di Rabastens venne fondata dal siniscalco Guillaume de Rabastens il 13 febbraio 1306. La chiesa gotica costruita nei decenni successivi, è uno dei pochi elementi architettonici dell'epoca ancora presenti in città.
Nel 1570, Biagio di Monluc, luogotenente del Regno, mise sotto assedio Rabastens allora occupata dai protestanti della regina di Navarra. Sfigurato da un colpo di archibugio, Montluc propose una tregua e promise salva la vita agli abitanti di Rabastens, invece tradì la parola data massacrandoli una volta entrato nel castello il 23 luglio 1570.
