Situato a metà strada tra Poitiers e la città balneare di La Rochelle, l'hotel è costeggiato dal tranquillo fiume Sèvre Niortaise.
Il Logis, la piscina esterna riscaldata, la terrazza sotto il pergolato e il parco alberato fanno di Saint-Martin la meta ideale per una pausa rilassante in campagna, dove è possibile andare in barca, in canoa o in pedalò, visitare siti storici e fare escursioni in mountain bike o a piedi. L'hotel riaprirà il 4 marzo 2024.
