La cappella e il mulino della fonte (antica fabbrica di macinazione del XII secolo) contribuiscono al fascino della valle di Bléou. Qui è stato costruito un oratorio romanico su una sorgente miracolosa. Su una sorgente miracolosa è stato costruito un oratorio romanico, luogo di pellegrinaggio mariano sulla strada per Compostela. Il suo nome evoca il miracolo meteorologico avvenuto a Roma nel V secolo. L'edificio, rovinato durante il Rinascimento, fu ricostruito nel 1646 in stile barocco, di cui il portale e il campanile sono esempi pregevoli. All'interno si trova una magnifica pala d'altare con decorazioni policrome blu e sculture dorate in rilievo. È opera di Jean Tournié, famoso scultore di Gourdon del XVII secolo.
