Il centro ricreativo Chandos, sulle rive del fiume, è il luogo ideale per una passeggiata.
Prendendo il ponte pedonale si arriva nel cuore della città. Si trova sul percorso ciclabile della Voie Verte, ideale per andare in bicicletta con la famiglia.
Per la pesca, il sito ha ottenuto il marchio "percorso di scoperta per famiglie e passioni".
Ci sono tavoli da picnic, un'area giochi per bambini, uno skate park e altro ancora.
In luglio e agosto, il nuoto è sorvegliato tutti i pomeriggi tranne il lunedì. In loco è presente anche un ristorante. Sul fronte dell'intrattenimento, ogni venerdì sera si tengono concerti gratuiti e varie attività organizzate dalle associazioni (mercatini delle pulci, bingo, ecc.).
Dal centro ricreativo è possibile fare una bella passeggiata lungo il fiume sul sentiero, un tempo chiamato "alzaia", fino a Vauclaire o Ménesplet.
