Scoprite la Grotte de la Chambre d'Amour, un luogo misterioso scavato naturalmente nelle scogliere di Cap Saint-Martin. Culla di una leggenda romantica, questo sito ha attirato per secoli curiosi e innamorati.
François de Baculard d'Arnaud diede vita alla leggenda nel 1784 con la storia di Angélique e Henry, ispirando scrittori e poeti di tutto il mondo. Nel 1817, Joseph Étienne de Jouy immortalò la tragica storia di Saubade e Laorens, trasformando la grotta in un simbolo di amore eterno. I loro tragici destini li collocano accanto a Romeo e Giulietta.
La grotta ha attirato molti visitatori famosi, tra cui Enrico II di Borbone-Condé, Napoleone I, Giuseppina e l'imperatrice Eugenia.
Il giardino circostante è uno spazio ideale per la contemplazione e la meditazione e in estate ospita proiezioni di film all'aperto, nonché festival di musica e di surf.
