Nel 1902, il dottor Linarès, tornato a Limeuil dopo aver lavorato per il sultano del Marocco, creò un parco cosmopolita in stile inglese.
Dal 2004, l'associazione Au Fil du Temps lo ha restaurato e ha installato nuovi giardini educativi, divertenti e interattivi con percorsi di interpretazione a tema.
