Questo museo sull'epopea napoleonica, scenario dell'eccezionale destino di Gioacchino Murat, re di Napoli (1767 - 1815), è uno dei rari luoghi di nascita di un maresciallo di Francia rimasto immutato per 200 anni in una tipica casa del Quercy. Nell'antica locanda di famiglia si scoprono mobili, documenti e oggetti vari appartenuti alla famiglia dei Principi. Il museo espone un ritratto di Antonietta Murat, nipote di Gioacchino Murat, moglie del principe di Hohenzollem-Sigmaringen, attraverso il quale la famiglia è oggi alleata della maggior parte delle famiglie sovrane d'Europa.
