La casa tra il cortile e il giardino fu costruita nel 1537 da Saladino d'Anglure, barone di Bourlémont; restaurata, conserva le travi e i listelli e funge da vetrina per un'importante collezione di sculture che vanno dal XII al XVIII secolo.
Dopo le devastazioni della Guerra dei Trent'anni, il palazzo sulla strada fu ricostruito e decorato nel XVIII secolo dai membri della famiglia Collenel, nobilitata nel 1702. La porta monumentale, datata 1758, conserva ancora la sua decorazione con animali e la sala da pranzo ha una bella credenza da buffet dimostrativa.
Venduto come bene nazionale nel 1795, l'Hôtel Collenel ha subito solo migliorie estetiche da allora. Questa residenza privata, fiore all'occhiello di Place Jeanne d'Arc, è aperta gratuitamente per visite guidate in stagione.
