La spiaggia centrale di Soulac si trova percorrendo la lunga "rue de la plage" che attraversa il centro del paese fino al lungomare. Per quanto riguarda il ciclismo, nonostante l'interruzione del lungomare, la Vélodyssée serve la località e porta i ciclisti vicino alla spiaggia.
Questa vasta spiaggia di sabbia fine offre spazio e una vista imprendibile sul faro di Cordouan. Le sue tipiche tende di Soulac ricordano la Soulac del 1900 e contribuiscono al fascino del luogo. Con la famiglia e gli amici, nuotate in tutta sicurezza tra le bandiere blu! Nelle immediate vicinanze del centro città, approfittate di un giro di shopping o semplicemente di una passeggiata lungo la strada della spiaggia per esplorare le ricchezze della località dopo il bagno.
Gli animali non sono ammessi in spiaggia durante i mesi estivi, si prega di consultare il regolamento affisso all'ingresso della spiaggia.
