La cappella della Madeleine è arroccata su una collina a 795 metri di altitudine, nel comune di Tardets-Sohorlus, nei Paesi Baschi.
La vista panoramica da questo sito, a soli quindici minuti da Tardets, è mozzafiato e una tabella di orientamento aiuta a individuare le cime circostanti. La caratteristica più notevole della cappella sono senza dubbio le sue vetrate dai colori vivaci.
I visitatori hanno diverse opzioni per arrivare qui. Possono arrivare in auto, in bicicletta lungo lo stesso percorso o a piedi per i più sportivi. La Madeleine è anche un luogo popolare per gli appassionati di aeromodellismo. Eretto sui resti di un tempio romano, al 2° piano dell'Ufficio del Turismo è esposto un altare con un'iscrizione latina dedicata al dio basco Herauskorritxe.
