Cappella neogotica del 1861 ed ex importante luogo di pellegrinaggio. La Vergine è qui invocata per guarire i malati. Le vetrate ricordano la leggenda secondo cui una statua della Vergine Maria, originariamente collocata nella cavità di una quercia in mezzo alla boscaglia, si sarebbe misteriosamente trasferita nella chiesa di Bains
Nel parco che circonda la cappella si trova ancora una croce della missione del 1886 e un monumento in onore del parroco Bernardin, responsabile della creazione della cappella.
Sul retro del timpano dell'ingresso, un testo inciso lo ricorda.
Questo luogo è aperto durante il giorno da un volontario.
