La valle di Aldudes, circondata da crinali che raggiungono i 1000 metri di altitudine, rivela la sua storia pastorale attraverso le fattorie che popolano la montagna. Ci sono diversi percorsi possibili: il più semplice parte dal villaggio di Esnazu, a sud di Les Aldudes (2 km). C'è poi un percorso di scoperta che parte dal negozio Oteiza, alla periferia di Les Aldudes. Gli altri due, Lepeder e Hargibel, partono dal centro di Les Aldudes (4 e 9 km). Si possono vedere molti rapaci: grifoni, nibbi rossi, falchi pellegrini, aquile di mare? E molti altri in migrazione post-nuziale, che entrano nella valle per prendere la ridotta di Lindus. Le brughiere sono frequentate da passeriformi: falchi, gorgheggi e le valli boscose ospitano l'usignolo iberico. Lungo il fiume si possono incontrare la cutrettola e il merlo acquaiolo. I più coraggiosi raggiungeranno le creste per cercare i monticelli.
