In questo cimitero riposano i 335 soldati della 3ª Divisione di fanteria canadese uccisi il 6 giugno 1944 nella zona di Juno Beach. La maggior parte dei soldati sepolti qui furono uccisi nel giugno e all'inizio del luglio 1944 durante la battaglia di Caen e il D-Day nei terribili combattimenti sulla spiaggia. Qui sono sepolti anche i prigionieri di guerra canadesi giustiziati dai soldati della SS-Panzer Hitlerjugend all'Abbazia di Ardenne. Il cimitero conta 2049 tombe, tra cui 1694 soldati canadesi e 15 aviatori, 3 soldati britannici e 1 francese. Parcheggio per pullman. Il cimitero è gestito dalla Commonwealth War Graves Commission
