Questo antico mulino, un tempo annesso al castello, ospita un eco-museo chiamato "La Remise aux Outils Champenois", che espone collezioni di attrezzi utilizzati nella vita quotidiana dei contadini della Champagne nel XIX e all'inizio del XX secolo.
In sei sale al piano terra sono esposti strumenti e informazioni sul lavoro nei campi, nei vigneti, nei boschi e sulla lavorazione dei prodotti.
Potrete scoprire un alambicco mobile, un forno per il pane, un caseificio e una delle più grandi ruote a secchio al coperto di Francia, con un diametro di 8 metri.
Le sale espositive sono disponibili per eventi culturali e artistici di grande richiamo.
