Les Demeures de Borda*** si trova in una zona tranquilla e boscosa, vicino al Bois de Boulogne e al campo pratica di golf, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città, ed è direttamente collegato alle Thermes Borda da un ascensore. Dispone di 55 appartamenti climatizzati da T1 a T2.
Servizi aggiuntivi: reception e spedizione della posta, custode 24 ore su 24, cassaforte, carrelli per la spesa, biblioteca self-service, consegna di pasti pronti e giornali, prenotazione di taxi, ecc. Gli arrivi sono previsti la domenica (è possibile arrivare il sabato con un supplemento). Le partenze sono previste il sabato prima di mezzogiorno. Possibilità di arrivo il martedì pomeriggio per una partenza il mercoledì mattina e partenza 3 settimane dopo il martedì prima di mezzogiorno.
