Il delta del torrente Saint-Jacques si trova sulla sponda occidentale del lago Longemer. Il sito occupa 6 ettari della località chiamata l'Envers de Longemer. È una delle ultime rive naturali dei Vosgi. Le sue sponde ospitano una fauna e una flora eccezionali, come le ultime praterie lacustri dei Vosgi. Situato tra la cappella di Saint-Florent e il sito archeologico della collinetta di Bilon, il delta è anche ricco di patrimonio storico, tra mito e realtà.
