Nell'officina di contretemps, tutto il lavoro viene forgiato a mano, senza utensili elettrici o ausili meccanici. Nella mia fucina a carbone con soffietti azionati a mano, realizzo le mie creazioni utilizzando gli strumenti e i metodi dei nostri bisnonni: coltelli, posate, ciondoli, utensili e tutti gli altri oggetti in ferro battuto di piccole e medie dimensioni sono il risultato dell'azione combinata delle fiamme e del martello.
