Il monolocale adiacente alla casa principale è nuovo, funzionale e luminoso. È composto da un soggiorno con un nuovo divano letto trasformabile (materasso di 19 cm di spessore) per 2 persone, una cucina a vista e un bagno con doccia idromassaggio.
L'esterno è pensato per il vostro relax. Potrete rilassarvi, mangiare e godervi il barbecue.
Wifi, aria condizionata, tapparelle, tende e parcheggio recintato garantiscono la vostra tranquillità.
